REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is published in compliance with applicable laws and governs the manner in which ALLY LEGAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) handles requests for refunds, cancellations, or changes in services purchased by clients (“Client”, “You”, “Your”) through our website, platform, or directly from us.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
1.1 We take utmost care to provide professional, transparent, and high-quality legal, secretarial, and compliance services.
1.2 Once services are initiated, substantial resources and professional time are invested. Therefore, refunds are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
1.3 This Policy does not cover delays, outcomes, or decisions of government authorities, statutory bodies, or other third parties, which are beyond our control.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
2.1 A refund may be requested within 30 (thirty) days of payment, provided:

The services have not been substantially rendered, AND
-
The delay or issue is directly attributable to our fault.
2.2 Refund requests will not be entertained if:

The delay is caused due to incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information/documentation provided by the Client.

The application is rejected, returned, or delayed by any Government department or regulatory authority for reasons unrelated to our performance.

The Client fails to cooperate, respond, or provide documents within required timelines.

Services have already been substantially rendered or access to our platform has been granted.
3. CANCELLATION CHARGES
3.1 All approved refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee on the service value.
3.2 Any statutory payments (Government fees, stamp duty, challans, third-party fees, etc.) already made on behalf of the Client shall be non-refundable.
3.3 GST and applicable taxes already paid shall be deducted as per law and are non-refundable.
4. CHANGE OF SERVICE
4.1 A Client may request a change of service within 7 (seven) days of payment.
4.2 Any price difference between the original and new service shall be payable by the Client. If the new service is of a lower value, the balance amount (after deducting cancellation fees) shall be retained as credit for future services.
5. REFUND PROCESS
5.1 To initiate a refund, Clients must:

Submit a written request by emailing info@allyonlineservices.com with complete transaction details.

Provide supporting documents, if required.
5.2 Once the request is verified and approved, refunds shall be processed within 3–5 weeks through the same mode of payment originally used, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 Our obligation is limited to providing professional assistance and submitting applications/documents as per law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as final decisions rest with Government authorities.
6.2 We shall not be liable for:

Penalties, interest, or losses arising due to the Client’s failure to comply with statutory timelines.

Delays or rejections caused by third-party systems (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax Portal, FSSAI, etc.).

Services provided by third-party associates or experts not directly employed by us.
7. FACTORS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
7.1 We shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural calamities, pandemics, government restrictions, cyber incidents, strikes, or any force majeure events.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Any dispute arising under this Policy shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
8.2 If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Delhi, India, and governed by the laws of India.
